MySecurePractice Portal: First Time Sign-Up Invitation from Support


Instructions below ONLY apply to the MySecurePractice Portal.

Once your account is created by our support department, you will be invited to use your MySecurePractice account via email. 

  1. Follow the email instructions and select on the URL provided in the email received:
    1. Note this email will serve as your MySecurePractice account username.
  2. Enter at least one phone number (Phone or Cell Phone), which will be used to verify your identity:
  3. If 2 step is turned on for your account, this will lead you to the Verify your Identity screen.  Here you will have the following option:
    • Make a call to You should receive a call immediately, make sure you have a pen and paper before hand to write down the secret code. 
    • Send a text to: You should receive a text immediately, as seen below with your secret code.
  4. Select the correct option in the drop down below, then select the Continue button:
  5. Enter your secret code received, and select the Continue button:
    • Change Delivery Method:  Will allow you to use either your landline or cell phone number (if both were provided) to call or text your secret code.  If selected, repeat steps 3 - 5.
    • Re-Send Code:  The system will either call or text (depending on what selection you first made) the secret code to you again.  The old secret code will no longer be valid.  If selected, repeat step 5.
  6. Accept the Terms of Use by scrolling to the bottom and selecting the Continue button:
  7. Create your new password, and reconfirm by entering it again within the Re-enter Password field:
      1. Note the Password Instructions on the RIGHT.
      2. Select the Continue button when finished:
  8. This will redirect you to the login page below.  Enter your username and the password just created to sign in.
