Instructions below ONLY apply to SecureMail.
In this section, we will go over the following:

How to Archive an Email
- Once you login
- Select "Secure Inbox"
**Please note, you may not have all icons presented above... - Select the message you would like to archive within your inbox
- While within this existing message, select Archive.
- This will take that selected message from your inbox, and move it to your Archive folder on the far LEFT hand column.
How to Reply back to a Secure Message in your Archive Folder
- Once you login
- Select "Secure Inbox"
- Select the Archive folder located on your far LEFT hand column.
- Click on the email you would like to reply to:
- While on the selected email, select "Reply"
- This will compose a reply email back to the org. sender
- A pop-up window will allow you to type your reply message, labeled "Type your message here".
- You can choose to send ANY documents as an attachment, click here for further instructions on how to attach an image or file.
- Select Send once you are ready to send this email
- This email will automatically add your reply in the inbox thread as well as in your sent folder.
Options for Deleting Secure Messages
*Secure messages cannot be manually deleted from the "Inbox" by the recipient, only archived.
*The sender of the secure message can delete a message and thread permanently from their "Sent Items," the message thread will no longer be available for any party.
*Using the "Self-destruct" feature when composing a message will permanently delete a message after a specified amount of time for all parties.
