SecureMail has two available Tiers below (free and paid). Additionally, if you purchase the Paid Tier you will also have the option to purchase the outlook plugin.
There is no data limit, each tier is unlimited storage!
Free Tier
- You can review any incoming emails sent to you
- You can reply to any incoming emails sent to you
- You can archive messages you no longer need in your inbox
- You cannot compose a new message
- Patients will always be set to this Free Tier, and do not have the option to upgrade.
- Ability to upgrade to the Paid Tier for Doctor/Staff roles
Paid Tier ($10/mo per email account)
- You can review any incoming emails sent to you
- You can reply to any incoming emails sent to you
- You can archive messages you no longer need in your inbox
- You can compose a new message to anyone
- Only available for Doctor and Staff roles
Outlook Plugin ($3/mo per email account)
- You can purchase the outlook plugin if you are on the Paid Tier
- You can send secure email through outlook 2010, 2013 and 2016 versions of Outlook (windows only)
- Only available for Doctor and Staff roles on a Paid Tier
