For adding DNS records (for email or other types of DNS records),
please contact the PBHS Support Department by sending us an email.
We need at least 48 hours* advanced notice to accommodate the changing of the DNS records. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, we cannot make DNS changes after hours.
- We will only make DNS changes for approved individuals.
- We will need the specific DNS record(s) information that has been provided to you. These typically include MX and CNAME records. Some companies will also provide you with A, SRV, and TXT records.
- Please be as specific as possible with regards to the exact DNS changes needed and the preferred time for making the changes.
