MySecurePractice Portal: How to Login

Instructions below ONLY apply to the MySecurePractice Portal.

In this section, we will go over the following:

How to Login to the Portal

  1. Open a web browser (Google Chrome and/or Firefox are the preferred browsers)
  2. in the TOP address bar type the following: https://mysecurepractice.com and select the ENTER key located on your keyboard:

  3. Enter your email address (used as your username) into the Your Email Address text field:

  4. Enter the password you previously created during setup within the Your Password text field:

  5. Select the Sign In button to login:

  6. You will be presented with your MySecurePractice dashboard, select the option for the product you would like to review:

    **Please Note, some product icons may not be visible with your login.
  7. You can find specific support articles for each product you have active under MySecurePractice:
    1. SecureMail (Send Secure Message / Secure Inbox / Outlook Plugin)
    2. TruForm (Access Forms)
    3. Collaborator (Refer Case / View Cases)
    4. SEO (SEO Reports)
    5. Silent Partner TV or ADA TV (Silent Partner)

 

Trouble Logging In

In this section, we will go over the following:

  1. Email Address or Password Provided is incorrect
  2. Your Account has been Locked

Incorrect Email Address/Username or Password

You have either incorrectly typed in your email address/username and/or password, OR you haven't fully registered the user you are using to login.   

  1. Please ensure when you login:
    1. Check carefully for a mistyped email address or password. 
      Hint: *Typing your password into a text editor like Notepad is a good way to verify you are typing everything correctly before typing it into the password field.
    2. Verify you are logging into the correct account with the correct password for that account if you may have multiple accounts within the portal.
  2. If you still cannot login, please complete one of the following:
    1. Fully Register:  If you are not fully registered, you will need to follow the steps to complete registration.
    2. Forgot Password: You will need to complete a password reset.

Account Locked

If the MySecurePractice login page states Your account has been locked, you can either:

  1. Have your user manager unlock your user (you can then try to login again using the same password)
  2. Reset your password:  Once you reset your password, this will unlock your account so you can login!
