Instructions below ONLY apply to the MySecurePractice Portal.
In this section, we will go over the following:
How to Login to the Portal
- Open a web browser (Google Chrome and/or Firefox are the preferred browsers)
- in the TOP address bar type the following: https://mysecurepractice.com and select the ENTER key located on your keyboard:
- Enter your email address (used as your username) into the Your Email Address text field:
- Enter the password you previously created during setup within the Your Password text field:
- Select the Sign In button to login:
- You will be presented with your MySecurePractice dashboard, select the option for the product you would like to review:
**Please Note, some product icons may not be visible with your login. - You can find specific support articles for each product you have active under MySecurePractice:
- SecureMail (Send Secure Message / Secure Inbox / Outlook Plugin)
- TruForm (Access Forms)
- Collaborator (Refer Case / View Cases)
- SEO (SEO Reports)
- Silent Partner TV or ADA TV (Silent Partner)
Trouble Logging In
In this section, we will go over the following:
Incorrect Email Address/Username or Password
You have either incorrectly typed in your email address/username and/or password, OR you haven't fully registered the user you are using to login.
- Please ensure when you login:
- Check carefully for a mistyped email address or password.
Hint: *Typing your password into a text editor like Notepad is a good way to verify you are typing everything correctly before typing it into the password field. - Verify you are logging into the correct account with the correct password for that account if you may have multiple accounts within the portal.

- If you still cannot login, please complete one of the following:
- Fully Register: If you are not fully registered, you will need to follow the steps to complete registration.
- Forgot Password: You will need to complete a password reset.
Account Locked
If the MySecurePractice login page states Your account has been locked, you can either:
- Have your user manager unlock your user (you can then try to login again using the same password)
- Reset your password: Once you reset your password, this will unlock your account so you can login!
