Through our MySecurePractice Portal, you can preview any items from your playlist using the steps below.  

1. Once you login
2. Edit the correct playlist
3. Locate the item within your playlist you would like to preview/review settings, and select the Actions drop down to the RIGHT.
4. Select the Preview option
   

There are three different types of media you can preview, and you will be presented with a slightly different preview window depending on which media type you have selected:

•  Image
•  Video File
•  YouTube Video

Image

If you select preview on an image, you will be presented with a preview window that looks like this:

This window will show you a preview of what the image looks like.

 

Video File

If you select preview on a video file, you will be presented with a preview window that looks like this:

This preview window will allow you to preview the video, and it will also give you access to the volume setting.

You can adjust the volume of a video file by entering a number 0-100 in the box provided and pressing the Save button in the lower right.

The Preview button will restart the video preview from the beginning, and the Close button will close the preview window.

 

YouTube Video

If you select preview on a YouTube video, you will be presented with a preview window that looks like this:

The YouTube preview window will allow you to preview the video and access the volume setting, as well as set your own custom start and stop times.

You can adjust the volume of a video file by entering a number 0-100 in the box provided and pressing the Save button in the lower right.

You can also adjust the start and stop times by selecting the checkbox to the left and then entering your preferred start and end times, then pressing the Save button in the lower right.

The Preview button will restart the video preview from the beginning, and the Close button will close the preview window.
