Through our MySecurePractice Portal, you can play any media items or playlist(s) directly to your device/TV in real time, using the steps below.
Once you complete the play of the media item (or the entire list), once it completes the entire play (of either one media item or the entire playlist) it will go back to the original playlist order it left off from.
- Once you login
- Select the "Silent Partner" TV icon:
- Under "Devices in account", find the device that you would like to use:
- Select the "Actions" drop down to the RIGHT:
- Select the "Play Options" option:
- This will lead to a page with ALL active playlists available to play, please note:
- The top playlist is the default playlist assigned to this device:
- You can expand any active playlist to play individual media items:
- Once expanded, you can select "Play" located on the RIGHT hand side for any media item you want to directly play from the device:
- You will see a black confirmation appear in your upper right hand corner, letting you know the 'play request' was successfully sent to the device:
- Once expanded, you can select "Play" located on the RIGHT hand side for any media item you want to directly play from the device:
- You can click the "Play Now" which will play the entire playlist from beginning to end:
- You will see a black confirmation appear in your upper right hand corner, letting you know the 'play request' was successfully sent to the device:

- The top playlist is the default playlist assigned to this device:
