Through our MySecurePractice Portal, you can add any available PBHS content to your active playlist.
PBHS Standard Categories
Upon device setup, PBHS will activate categories which you promote and/or are in your specialty. Additionally, we use your completed ADA TV Setup Questionnaire to finalize the customization to your playlist.
We can provide the following categories at any given time, please contact support if you would like to see any of the following categories (support@pbhs.com / 888-840-0739):

TV Entertainment Rotating Media: Each category below has a total of 20 video options. If any of these categories are present within your playlist, they will each be auto updated with new fresh content every 30 days.

Adding PBHS Content to your Playlist
We can provide any of the categories from above. These categories are specialty specific.
- Once you login
- Select the Silent Partner TV icon:
- Edit your existing playlist
- Scroll down to the bottom of your playlist, and locate the PBHS Content section:
- Here you can expand any category to review all content for this type of category:
- Select the Actions drop down menu of the media item you would like to add:
- Select the Add option:
- A pop-up will ask you to confirm your request, select the OK button:
- Any newly added media will be placed at the bottom of your playlist:
- You can reorder this item anywhere in your playlist - Click here for instructions on Reordering Media
- You can also add multiple items at once to your playlist:
- Within your category list, select the checkbox to the LEFT of each item you would like to add:
- Select the Add Selected button, located to the far RIGHT of the title PBHS Content:
- A pop-up will ask you to confirm your request, select the OK button:
- Any newly added media will be placed at the bottom of your playlist:

- Within your category list, select the checkbox to the LEFT of each item you would like to add:
Please note:
Your device will need to re-sync in order to play any new media to the device.
**Note, your device will automatically re-sync every night (every 24hrs), at this time it will download and/or start playing the updated playlist.
