Instructions below ONLY apply to SecureMail.
These instructions only apply to our Secure Drop Desktop Application!
In this section we will go over the following:
PC Install Instructions
*You must have a PAID SecureMail account in order to login to the desktop application.
- Once you login
- Click on the Secure Drop icon:
- At the top of this page, select the correct download option for your machine
- Windows Install Instructions
- Mac Install Instructions
Window Install Instructions
- Once you select the Windows download from your Secure Drop screen:
- Choose a location on your computer to save the install, and select Save
- Locate the install (from the location you previously saved it), and double click on the icon to begin install:
- Select Run once the pop-up window appears:
- This will auto run your install:
- This will also install the following icon on your computer (at the location you chose from step 5) to open/login into Secure Drop at anytime:
This icon will be labeled as: "SecureDropDesktop"
- This will also install the following icon on your computer (at the location you chose from step 5) to open/login into Secure Drop at anytime:
- Once installed, the Secure Drop Desktop Application will automatically open to the login page.

Mac Install Instructions
*You must have a PAID SecureMail account in order to login to the desktop application.
In this example, we are downloading the Secure Drop install to our downloads folder from Safari.
- Once you select the MAC download from your Secure Drop screen:
- This will download the install for Secure Drop to your downloads folder (or whatever folder you specify in your browser to download to)
- Once downloaded, click the Show Downloads button (
) near the top-right corner of the Safari window 
- Within the downloads folder above, select the SecureDropDesktop item to begin install:
- You can now drag the application's to your desktop so you can easily access and use this application at anytime.
