Immediate Notification about your PBHS Website
Current PBHS Website clients now have the ability to turn on a new alert feature on their practice website home page providing a timely and direct link to a Coronavirus infection control page. This page can be customized by your practice. Just login like you normally do to make changes to your website and turn this feature on.
This is a free service offered to all of our clients allowing them to streamline their communications with their patients regarding COVID-19; fostering trust and confidence in your services during these uncertain times.

Activate Website Alert
This will walk you through activating your COVID-19 default alert.
- Login to your website admin portal.
- Select Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Scroll down to the section called Website Alert Notice
- Toggle the Enable Website Notice ON to expand this section.
- Under Website Notice Preset drop down, select the COVID-19 option:

Located at the top of the page, select the Save Settings button to finalize your change(s).
Your COVID-19 Alert will now be now be visible for all website visitors!! If you wish to modify this alert further, please click here.
Customize Website Alert Banner
This will allow you to change the visibility, position and color of the alert.
- Once you've activated your website alert feature
- Select Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Scroll down to the section called Website Alert Notice
- Here you can customize your alert position, visibility and alert color:
- Website Notice Position:
here you can choose if you want this at the Top of your website or Fixed Bottom
Top Location Bottom Location - Website Notice Page Visibility:
here you can choose if you would like this alert to show on All Pages or just the Homepage.
- Website Notice Color:
here you decide if you would like the Alert background color to display in RED or YELLOW.

Located at the top of the page, select the Save Settings button to finalize your change(s).
Your Alert modifications will now be visible for all website visitors.
Customize Website Alert Information Page
This will allow you to edit and customize the wording of the landing page with default COVID-19 notification.
- Login to your website admin portal.
- Navigate to your homepage, or from your admin section select the Return To Website
- Click directly on the Alert Link on your homepage
- This will take you to the COVID-19 notification page, select the "Edit" option to your RIGHT or LEFT:
- Once your updates are made, select the Save button located in your editor toolbar to the RIGHT or LEFT of your page.
Your information page modifications will now be visible for all website visitors.
