Your practice has sent you a Secure Video Invitation!! Please follow the instructions below, which will navigate you through how to properly connect with your doctor.
In this section, we will go over the following:
Secure Video Invitation
- Once a Secure Video session is created for you, you will receive either an Email or Text Message Invitation:
Scheduled Secure Video Invitation
The practice has scheduled a Secure Video session.
Email Invitation Text Message Invitation Secure Video Now Invitation
The practice would like to meet on Secure Video now.
Email Invitation Text Message Invitation - You will be taken to the Secure Video Portal by either:
- Clicking the Yes or No for the RSVP OR Join Session button in the Email Invitation above
- Clicking the URL provided in the Text Message Invitation above
Within this Secure Video portal, you can now do the following:
RSVP
- From the Invitation Email
- You can confirm if you will be attending this appointment by selecting the Yes or No button:
- If you were invited via text message, you can reply back to confirm RSVP and/or click on the URL provided to access the Secure Video Portal:
Test Message Invitation Reply Text Message Invitation Confirmation You can reply back as instructed with a Y (for yes) or N (for no).
The Secure Video system will send a confirmation back.
- If you were invited via text message, you can reply back to confirm RSVP and/or click on the URL provided to access the Secure Video Portal:
- Here on your Secure Video Portal, you can change your RSVP status by clicking on the RSVP Mail button:
- A pop-up will allow you to update/select your new answer:
- Once they select their response, it will be save and display for both the you and the doctor:
RSVP Yes RSVP No
- A pop-up will allow you to update/select your new answer:
Within this Secure Video portal, you can now do the following:
Pay Now
If payment is due, you will be required to pay before the Secure Video session can begin. Please skip this section if you do not see a Pay Now button.
- From the Invitation Email
- On the Secure Video portal, you will see a button labeled Pay Now.
- Select the Pay Now button:
- If were invited via email, the email used will be auto entered into the E-Mail Receipt To field (note this can be changed before you submit this charge).

- On the payment complete page, select the Go To Dashboard button:
- Back on the Secure Video Portal, you can see confirmation of your payment made:
Within this Secure Video portal, you can now do the following:
Enter Waiting Room
Items to Completed BEFORE connecting:
- Install Zoom (in order to use Secure Video)
- If you see a PAY NOW button, this must be completed before you can connect.
On the Secure Video Portal, you can now:
- At the time of your Secure Video session, you can select the Enter Waiting Room button to join:
Within this Secure Video portal, you can now do the following:
Session Documents
If you practice has elected for you to fill out online forms, you will see a section called Session Documents within your Secure Video Portal.
*If you do not see a section called Session Documents, skip this section!
If you added a documents to this Secure Video session, the participant will have the option to fill out and sign these forms online before or after the Secure Video session.
- From the Invitation Email
- On the Secure Video Portal, scroll down until you see a section called Session Documents
- Select the Submit button (located to the LEFT) of each document listed in this section:
- The selected document will open, you can scroll down and complete the entire form:
- Once the document is signed and completed, select the Submit Document button to finalize the form:
- This will take them back to their Session Documents list, the participant can repeat steps 3-5 per each form presented in this area.
- Once you complete a form, you will then have the option to:
- View the Submitted Form:
- Select the View button on the completed form above
- Your completed form will open, select the Back button to go to the their Videoconference Dashboard:
- Additionally, you can scroll down to the bottom and select the download a PDF to print and/or save the submission:
- Resubmit the Completed Form:
- You can resubmit the form if needed, by selecting the Resubmit button on any completed document:
- Each submission will show with a date/time stamp for you and the practice to review:

- View the Submitted Form:
Within this Secure Video portal, you can now do the following:
No Invitation
If your office does not want Secure Video to send automated email or text message invitations, you can choose System should not send invite. You can then control the communication of this Secure Video appointment in whatever platform you wish.
- The participant would be told (by an email the practice sends or via phone) to go to the practices Secure Video URL (given to you by PBHS Support) and enter a Access Code:
- Once entered, they would select the Go button:
- You will be prompted to install Zoom (which will be required to successfully Secure Video).
