ADA TV App Login

In order to login to your ADA TV app, you must first complete:

1. App Credentials provided in your Setup Instructions
2. Installing the ADA TV App

Once the two steps above are completed, you can now install the ADA TV app below:

**Each device must login using it's own app login provided by PBHS (one login per device).  If you were not given an app login per device, please contact support further.  PBHS support can review your order details, and create the needed logins for each device you have!!

1. Press and hold the Home button on your Amazon Fire TV remote:
   
       
2. Select the Apps option:
        
   
3. Once you navigate to your ADA TV app, while highlighted click the Select button on your Amazon Firestick remote:
   
        
4. On the ADA TV app login page, navigate to the username by using your Amazon Firestick remote navigation wheel to tab down
5. Once the Username field is highlighted in blue, select the Amazon Firestick remote Select button
   
        
6. A keyboard will appear, allowing you to type in your App Username
   
         
7. Once the username is typed in, navigate and select the Next button
   
   • **Please note, if the NEXT button does nothing- please select the PREVIOUS button:
     
     
8. Navigate to the Password field, using your Amazon Firestick remote navigation wheel to tab DOWN:
   • This will highlight the eye icon, as shown below:
     
            
   • Using your Amazon Firestick remote navigation wheel to tab to the LEFT
   • Once the Password field is highlighted in blue, select the Amazon Firestick remote Select button
     
     
9. A keyboard will appear, allowing you to type in your App Password
   
10. Once the password is typed in, navigate and select the Next button:
    
    
    • **Please note, if the NEXT button does nothing- please select the PREVIOUS button:
      
      
11. Navigate to the Login button using the Amazon Firestick remote navigation wheel
12. Once the Login button is highlighted, select the Amazon Firestick remote Select button
    
           
13. Your default device playlist will start playing!   
    **If you have multiple playlists, you may need to set your default playlist for this ADA TV app.
    

Once logged in to the ADA TV app, your credentials will be stored and used to auto-login and play your default playlist each time the APP is opened.

**If you have more than one device, please repeat the steps above for each device you have.  Please note, each device must have it's own app login provided by PBHS.

 

Multiple Playlists / Setting your Default Playlist

Once you've logged into your ADA TV app for the first time, if you have multiple active playlists you may need to set your default playlist on this device:
