2. Does PBHS provide the Amazon Fire TV device?

   No.  This is something that can be quickly purchased directly from your practice, either online or in store.  

3. Do I need to have an Amazon Prime membership to use The Amazon Fire ADA TV app?
   

   No, you don't need to have a Prime subscription. The Prime subscription does include free streaming video with enough titles to rival Netflix, and of course you can also buy or rent other content (such as the download of the ADA TV app provided for free with your ADA TV subscription).

4. Can I use my existing Amazon account to login to the Amazon Fire TV device?

   Yes, if you already have an existing Amazon account, you can connect this account to your Amazon Fire TV device by using the login during the registration process of your device.

5. Do I need a credit card added to the Fire TV connected account in order to download the ADA TV app?

   Yes.  Although the ADA TV app is FREE, Amazon Fire TV requires you to have a valid credit card on file in order to download any paid or free app.  Note, if you do not have a valid card on file, you will get a error similar to this when you try to download the ADA TV app: "Purchase Failure: For your convenience all purchases are completed with your Amazon one-click settings. We cannot complete your order because you do not have a valid payment billing address set up in your Amazon account." If you receive this message: Please Click Here to enter your card information. BE SURE TO LOGIN TO AMAZON WITH THE SAME ACCOUNT USED FOR YOUR FIRESTICK.

6. Enabling Closed Captions with the ADA TV Chyron
   

   If Closed Captions is enabled for YouTube video's, the ADA TV Chyron will NOT display on ANY YouTube Videos (regardless if the YouTube video supports Closed Caption or not).

7. When I try to login to my ADA TV app, I get an error that states "Device registration failed validation."

   You may be already logged into another Amazon Fire TV device.  Please contact PBHS Support for further help. You will need to have a unique MySecurePractice login PER DEVICE!

8. How do I get access to use the Amazon ADA TV app?

9. What platforms are supported for the ADA TV app?

   Currently the ADA TV app is supported within the Samsung TV supported models & Amazon Fire TV supported models. 

10. I'm unable to locate my Fire TV remote that came with the Fire TV stick - What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that! Every Fire TV remote is keyed to a specific Fire TV device, so the alternative is to either

1) Purchase another Fire TV stick yourself, or

2) Go to one of the playstores such as as Google playstore with your mobile phone and download/install an app to control the Fire TV stick.
