Removing V1 Log On Credentials

Instructions below ONLY apply to truForm with Carestream (WinOMscs) Integration.

If you are no longer using any truForms on the https://www.mypbhs.com portal, you can remove your credentials so it no longer attempts to connect and pull down submitted forms from MyPBHS. 

1. Within WinOMScs, select the Tables drop down:
   
          
2. Select Practice, and then select the Patient Registration Preferences option:
   
          
3. Under V1 Log On Credentials text fields, remove/delete the User ID & Password entered:             
4. Select the OK button to save your changes.
