Account Profile Tab
- On the My Profile page
- Select the Account Profile tab
- Here you will find your general settings connected to your user. You can change the following information at anytime:
Demographics
Here you will find your general account information connected to your user.
- On the Account Profile tab
- Here you can update your users demographics as needed:
- Select the text field you would like to update or change from above, and modify as you see fit.
- First Name, Last Name and Suffix: will display anywhere your name does throughout the MySecurePractice portal, for all users to view (note, we do not display the Middle Initial anywhere).
- Phone: will only display within the Collaborator section of the MySecurePractice portal, for all users to view. Phone would represent your practice number.
- Cell Phone: will always remain private, and is only used for your own two step verification
- Once your changes are complete, select the Save Profile button (located in the top/right hand corner):
Time Zone
The time zone will show you correct date and time stamps for sections throughout the MySecurePractice portal including; truForm submission and appointment dates, SecureMail message date and times, Collaborator case submission date and time, doctor/patient talk, and attachment uploads.
- On the Account Profile tab
- Scroll down to the Time Zone dropdown, and select the appropriate time zone needed:
- Once your changes are complete, select the Save Profile button (located in the top/right hand corner):
Specialties:
Here you are able to select which specialties you belong to. You may select multiple specialties, and any which you have already selected are denoted by a check mark.
You may deselect a selected specialty by clicking on it again. Please note, if you have a truform tied to a certain specialty- you will NOT be able to deselect that specialty while you have an active truForm associated with it.
If your user is set as a doctor, the specialties can be used to filter and find a doctor to refer a Collaborator case to.
- On the Account Profile tab
- Scroll down to the Specialties section:
- Here you can update your specialties by checking or unchecking a checked specialty:
- Once your changes are complete, select the Save Profile button (located in the top/right hand corner):
Procedures and Services
Procedures will be automatically added depending upon the specialties you have selected.
If you wish to deselect specific procedures, please click on a procedure to deselect it. Selected procedures will display with a checkmark next to it.
If you wish to add new procedures, you must first click "Show All" to display all procedures.
If your user is set as a doctor, the procedures and services can be used to filter and find a doctor to refer a Collaborator case to.
- On the Account Profile tab
- Scroll down to the Procedures and Services section:
- Here you can update your Procedures and Services by checking or unchecking a checked item:
- You can select the Show All button to select or deselect any procedures and services offered under the MySecurePractice Portal:
- Selecting the Hide Deselected button, will hide all none selected procedures and services:
- Selecting the Hide Deselected button, will hide all none selected procedures and services:
- Once your changes are complete, select the Save Profile button (located in the top/right hand corner):
Activity Preferences
MySecurePractice allows you to receive immediate text message or email alerts by selecting the alerts you would like to receive below. Message frequency is based on usage. PBHS does not have a separate charge for this service; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
This notification setting allows you to stay updated if a user you invited to MySecurePractice is registered.
You can invite users in two ways:
Once you invite a doctor or staff member using the two methods directly above, you can receive notification once they register:
- On the Account Profile tab
- Scroll down to the Activity Preferences section:
- Select the correct notification setting which you would like from the drop down provided for A user whom you invited has registered for MySecurePractice
- Once your changes are complete, select the Save Profile button (located in the top/right hand corner):
