MySecurePractice Collaborator allows you to receive immediate text message or email alerts by selecting the alerts you would like to receive below.
Message frequency is based on usage. PBHS does not have a separate charge for this service; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- On the My Profile page
- Select the Collaborator tab
- Under Activity Preferences, you can adjust each notification within the dropdown as needed:
- A Collaborator Case had a Doctor removed.
