SecureMail: Repurchase Plans due to Payment Failure

Instructions below ONLY apply to SecureMail.

If your SecureMail plan(s) have been cancelled due to a bad credit card, you can do the following to repurchase your SecureMail plans:

  1. **First, you will need to update your credit card on file
  2. Once updated, you can now select the SECURE MAIL option within the left hand column:

  3. Select the Buy Now button to the right:

  4. On the shopping cart page, select the available plan(s) that you would like:

  5. Select the Purchase button:

  6. Select the OK button to confirm payment on your updated card:
    sm6.png
         
  7. This will bring you back to your SecureMail Inbox, and can continue using SecureMail and the Outlook Plugin if purchased:
